Timothee Chalamet is back in his ‘The King’ avatar but this time in a futuristic world of Frank Herbert.
The trailer of much-awaited sci-fi movie ‘Dune’ is out now and it definitely looks beyond epic. Giving the glimpse of the sandy world of Arrakis and giant sand worms, the story revolves around a highly gifted hero Paul Atreides played by Timothee Chalamet, whose great destiny is beyond his understanding.
As the evil forces loom over to obtain the most precious resource that can unlock humanity’s greatest potential, Paul travels to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people and eventually rises to the power, battling against the maleficent forces.
Accompanying him in the movie is the star cast of Zendaya, Jason Momoa, Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson and more acclaimed names from the Cinematic Universe.
Directed by Oscars nominee Denis Villeneuve, ‘Dune’ is presented with the background score of Oscars winner Hans Zimmer that gives the trailer an impeccable style. The movie is slated to release in theatres on 18 December 2020.
