COVID had put everything on hold for a while but as soon the restrictions got eased off, Indian Film Industry went back on its feet to begin the new projects.
As the shoots have resurrected with all precautionary measures, Bollywood’s gem Ayushmann Khurrana has proudly taken to his social media to announce that his movie ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ has finished the entire filming while battling coronavirus.
The actor shared the celebration pictures with the cast and crew of his movie and wrote, “I have to credit my director and producer Abhishek Kapoor and Pragya Kapoor for manning the resources so diligently and so effectively. It feels amazing that we managed this feat in my hometown Chandigarh – couldn’t be prouder!!!”, calling it a movie that is quite special for him.

The movie is directed by Abhishek Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor will be seen sharing the screen space with Ayushmann. The official announcement of ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ happened in the month of July this year while it is set to hit the theatres in 2021.
