Pune, 30th April 2026: Pune’s dining scene is set for a special culinary moment as Farro Pune welcomes Indy by QLA, one of Delhi’s most talked-about modern Indian restaurants, for an exclusive two-day pop-up on 9th and 10th May 2026.
For this limited collaboration, Indy’s kitchen travels from Delhi to Farro’s home in Koregaon Park, bringing with it a menu inspired by India’s diverse regional cuisines. The experience celebrates familiar flavours through a contemporary lens combining traditional recipes with modern techniques, thoughtful plating, and bold yet balanced flavours, thoughtfully paired with wines from Sonarys Wines.
The menu invites guests to explore India plate by plate. Some of the highlights include the Vazhakkai Chops, where Kerala Street food meets sunflower hummus and curry leaf tadka; the Nadru Galouti, a delicate Kashmiri lotus stem kebab; and Trio Dhingri, showcasing Himalayan morels layered with rich umami notes. The Pulled Mutton Kachari draws inspiration from Rajasthan’s desert spice traditions, while larger plates such as Cream Cheese Kofta with Gunpowder Lachha Paratha, Chicken Rizala Curry and Indy Roasted Mutton Curry bring together comfort, nostalgia and contemporary creativity.
Dessert continues the storytelling with the Indy Malai Cassata, a playful reinterpretation of classic Indian mithai, alongside Chocolate Love, a rich, indulgent finish to the meal.
Blending regional heritage with modern gastronomy, INDY × FARRO offers Pune diners a rare opportunity to experience India’s culinary diversity reimagined in a fresh and contemporary setting.
