New Delhi | 9th March 2026– Under the visionary leadership of the 42nd National President, Poonam Sharma, FICCI FLO successfully hosted the prestigious FICCI FLO National MSME Awards 2025–26, celebrating excellence, innovation, and resilience within India’s MSME ecosystem. Organised under the impactful vertical of the MSME Assist Cell, the awards were conceptualised to recognize outstanding women-led enterprises driving economic growth, employment generation, sustainability, and social transformation across sectors.
A total of 11 awards were presented across 11 distinct categories, honouring exceptional entrepreneurs from diverse industries. The awards also included a dedicated Best SHG (Self-Help Group) Award, reinforcing FICCI FLO’s commitment to grassroots empowerment and inclusive economic development. Ensuring credibility and transparency in the selection process, Grant Thornton partnered as the Knowledge Partner, conducting a structured and rigorous evaluation aligned with national benchmarking standards.
The awards were adjudicated by an eminent five-member jury panel comprising distinguished MSME sector experts:
- Satyaki Rastogi from Small Industries Development Bank of India
- Chandrakant Salunkhe, Founder & Chairman SME Chamber
- Girish Luthra, President – FICCI CMSME
- Sushma Morthania from SME Forum India
- Glory Swaroopa, heading National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME)
Their collective expertise ensured a fair, merit-driven selection process recognizing enterprises demonstrating innovation, governance excellence, scalability, and measurable impact.
The grand ceremony held on 9th March witnessed participation from policymakers, industry leaders, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs from across the country.
The event was steered by Day Chair Ms. Ruby Garg, Co-Chair – National MSME, whose strategic leadership and meticulous execution contributed significantly to the program’s success and national outreach.
Speaking on the occasion, National President Ms. Poonam Sharma remarked: “The MSME sector is the backbone of India’s economy, and women entrepreneurs are powerful drivers of inclusive growth. Through the MSME Assist Cell and national platforms like these awards, we aim to provide visibility, credibility, and sustainable growth pathways — from grassroots SHGs to high-growth enterprises.”
