Gurgaon, February 17, 2026: Mumbai’s cult-favourite cocktail destination, Late Checkout, is travelling north for a special two-night bar takeover at Bar Musui, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, on 27th and 28th February 2026.
Bar Musui is a refined colonial-style bar that blends vintage charm with modern sophistication. A space where the art of mixology takes center stage. It invites guests to slow down, connect, and savour each thoughtfully crafted moment, housing a rare collection of whiskies, premium wines, and thoughtfully composed cocktails. Here, conversations flow effortlessly, and every pour is intentional.
Known for pushing the boundaries of mixology while keeping the experience warm and inviting, Late Checkout, Chrome Hospitality’s tenth venture, will bring its signature cocktail craftsmanship to one of Gurgaon’s most refined bar addresses for an immersive and limited-time experience.
For two evenings, that thoughtfully curated stage will host Late Checkout’s globally inspired cocktail philosophy. Techniques such as clarification, fat washing, sous vide infusions, and milk clarification are used not for spectacle, but to elevate flavour and texture. For the Gurgaon takeover, guests can expect a specially curated menu featuring: Missing Trust Fund, The Old Me, Main Character Energy, and much more.
Each cocktail has been designed to complement Bar Musui’s intimate, immersive setting while retaining Late Checkout’s playful and globally influenced edge.
