Pune, January 08, 2026: Farro, Koregaon Park, Pune, presents Coastal Crossings, a seven-course tasting menu created in collaboration with Chef Vardaan Marwah and Chef Priyamvada from Farro. The experience brings together the ease of the Mediterranean coast with the comfort of South Indian coastal cooking. Each course is composed with restraint, where technique meets flavour and nostalgia finds a modern expression.
Patrons will move through a paced progression that begins with tzatziki with smoked cucumber, basil and quinoa, followed by Pul Biber Manti, with a veggie or lamb choice finished with peanut tahina and Turkish chilli crisp. Mezze inspired courses follow, before the menu shifts into a Malabar inspired plate that brings together raw mango and coconut, with a choice between asparagus or prawns. The evening culminates in a reimagined moussaka with a choice of lamb or a vegetarian preparation and closes with a Chikmagalur tiramisu with filter coffee and dark chocolate.
Each course is paired with Fratelli wines selected to complement the menu. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences are accommodated.
