On Thursday, 4th December 2025 from 8 PM onwards, Scarlett House transforms into Penrose for one electric night of world-class mixology. The Singapore-based bar, celebrated across Asia for its bold flavours and sleek, technique-first approach, will bring its signature craft to Mumbai’s favourite neighbourhood haunt. Guests can expect an immersive experience that blends Penrose’s contemporary cocktail philosophy with Scarlett House’s warm, intimate atmosphere — a collaboration that promises innovation, flair, and an unforgettable evening of high-energy hospitality.
The night will feature a special selection of Penrose’s most-loved cocktails — the ones that people across Asia can’t stop talking about. You’ll find the bright and refreshing Vana Solis, the rich, smoky-sweet Smoke & Honey, the crisp, herb-filled Verduras, and the iconic Penrose Gibson, a drink that has earned a serious fan following. Each cocktail is made with Penrose’s clean, clever style and a perfect balance of flavours.
