Following the overwhelming response to its first restaurant on Brigade Road, this new launch marks a significant step in F00’s South India expansion strategy and reinforces Bengaluru as a key growth market for the brand.
Located in North-West Bengaluru, an area known for its strong mall culture, diverse communities and growing appetite for quality dining, this new restaurant allows Foo to connect with a wider audience while staying true to its signature experience.
Spread across 3320 sq. ft. with seating for 110, the new restaurant stays true to Foo’s contemporary Asian aesthetic. Guests enter through a dramatic double-height space overlooking the water body, setting the stage for the experience. The outdoor area features a bar by the lakeside, making it a perfect photo spot. A cherry blossom tree adds charm while high ceilings enhance the open feel, creating a seamless, vibrant extension to the indoor dining area. This space is further elevated by bold red accents, a sculptural rope-wall installation, lantern-inspired lighting, patterned flooring and tall structures that reinterpret classic Asian roof tiles. Inside, warm rattan lighting and a transparent glazing screen offer a soft, effortless connection between the indoor and outdoor seating zones.
F00 continues to bring its much-loved culinary experience to the city with a menu of 100+ signature dishes that guests across India have come to crave. The new restaurant offers the full breadth of Foo’s bestsellers from sushi, dim sum, Nikkei influences to Peruvian ceviche, salads, small plates, big plates and decadent desserts, ensuring diners enjoy the same consistency, creativity and flavour-forward approach the brand is known for. Foo classics such as the Blue Butter Japanese Rice with Yellow Curry, Nikkei Avocado Uramaki, Foo Chilli Chicken, Truffle Lobster Dumplings, and Mount Foo-ji remain highlights, alongside the restaurant’s bustling bar, and iconic beverages, with favourites like the Yuzu Negroni, Foo King, Florista, Miso Sour, Pickled Picante, Boba tea, and a curated Sake selection.
