Baro Art is driven by the conviction that art is for everyone. Since its inception in 2020, the Srila Chatterjee has ensured to break the barriers that make art inaccessible and intimidating. Through her Affordable Art shows, Baro Art provides a platform for people to discover a diverse range of art, from emerging artists to renowned masters, and from various mediums and styles. Taking the show to a new city, Gurgaon, for the first time will feature works from around 50 Indian artists, including notable pieces such as Venkat Shyam’s Gond art, Sanjay Chitara’s Mata ni Pachedi, Banoo Batliboi’s book sculpture art, and more.
The shows feature a storytelling approach, introducing visitors to the richness and diversity of Indian folk art, Contemporary Art, and more. With successful exhibitions in Ahmedabad, Kochi, Chennai, and two shows in Mumbai, Srila is now bringing its Affordable Art show to Gurgaon, a vibrant and rapidly growing art scene. The exhibition will also feature a Collector’s Corner with affordably priced works from big-name artists. Every piece on display is original and certified, with prices ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 3 lakhs, making it accessible to a wide range of art enthusiasts.
