The recipes are masterfully curated by Chef Rajdeep Rana, Director of Culinary at The Westin Pune. With a culinary journey that spans over 19 years, Chef Rana brings in a blend of talent, creativity and expertise. Chef Rana along with Chef Nalini and Surender Sadhu is presenting regional cuisines with food pop ups like Matamaal.
