In a surprise move, the Mexican Open championship was clinched by World number seven Alexander Zverev.
The hardcourt Tennis tournament started from 13 March at Acapulco, Mexico and the men’s singles clash took place between the Greek player Stefanos Tsitsipas and the German athlete. The game between the two fine athletes started on a high note with Tsitsipas taking the lead in the first set.
But his lead did not last long as Zverev bounced back to grab his fourteenth ATP Tour title of the career. The man of the hour also shared a small note on his official social media handle thanking his supporters and family.
Moreover, the Dubai Open tournament also ended with Russian tennis player Aslan Karatsev, grabbing his maiden title in the game while going against Lloyd Harris.
