Bahrain Grand Prix that was held at Sakhir on the International Circuit turned out to be nerve-wrecking as the Haas driver Romain Grosjean met a life-challenging accident.
In the turn three of the Lap One, the French driver rammed into the barriers and his car split into fire. Grosjean was soon airlifted to the hospital as he suffered minor burns. Soon, Haas’ team shared the medical update of Romain on their social media account declaring that the racer is clear of any fractures and would be staying in the hospital for the treatment of the burns he suffered on both his hands.

After a halt in the racing for over an hour, Racing Point’s Lance Stroll also met an accident where his car flipped but thankfully he too was rescued quickly without suffering any damage.
Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton started from the pole position and went on to grab another title of this year. Max Verstappen and Alexander Albon of Red Bull also had a podium finish. But throughout the race, the safety of Grosjean and Lance stayed the major concern of the world-class drivers.
Post his victory, Lewis also shared a post by writing, “What a crazy day. I’m so glad that both Romain and Lance were able to walk away from their accidents today. I’m wishing you both a speedy recovery. That was a tough race overall, I’m sure the other drivers felt it too.” as he thanked the marshals and the medical team for doing an amazing job and showed gratitude to the Mercedes team for helping him in getting another podium finish in the season.
