German luxury automaker, BMW has unveiled an electric SUV called the BMW iX, planned to go on sale in the early 2022. This car features BMW eDrive technology, sprints 0 to 100kmph in 5 seconds and covers a 480km range in a single charge.
Coming with a never seen before design, BMW iX will redefine the Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) concept and is created to provide an exhilarating driving experience. The electric SUV will have the signature BMW visuals, includes a distinctive kidney grille and twin headlights with a futuristic style.
The BMW iX is fitted with standard full-LED headlights and latest generation of BMW laser light. The hood of the car will have 3D sculpting and the tailgate will have a rear-view camera integrated into the black ring of the large BMW logo.
BMW iX’s door pull-handles are sleekly integrated and houses the button for activating the electric door opening function. With open airy feel and extra legroom, this BMW SUV has sufficient space for storage, a crafted center console and sporty looking interiors with seat ventilation and massage functions.
Featuring the BMW Curved Display, it’ll make its debut with BMW iX, bringing together the 12.3 inch Driver Information Display and the 14.9 inch Control Display in a single unit. This will be German company’s first car to be fitted with a hexagonal steering wheel with multifunction buttons on control pads with a high-quality glass effect finish.
