Babil Wants To Fit In His Dad’s Shoes

Irrfan khan’s filmy stature was great and his son Babil Khan keeps giving us glimpses of his great personality from real life. Family man Irrfan’s untimely demise shook everyone up and the impact of his loss on his family can be seen from his son’s Instagram posts.

Babil, who is often seen sharing old pictures of Irrfan with simple yet beautiful words, recently posted a black and white picture of his dad with his mom Sutapa Sikadar along with a long heartfelt note expressing how he wants to follow his father’s footsteps.

In his poetic verses, Babil wrote, “I wish I could fit in your shoes.

You have gone so far away.

And I’m always just a little too late.

Plucking the strings of my sitar to soothe,

These Monday morning blues

And I carried on like the wayward son,

In the wayward sun,

but I found myself roaming the wastelands.” as he continued to talk about how he will do everything for his family and will always be there standing at the forefront in any grim situation.
