Oppo company is all set to launch a new smartphone in India today- Oppo K3. The smartphone was freshly launched in China in May, and boasts of a pop-up selfie sensor, a dual rear camera setup and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Oppo K3 India launch event will commence at 6 p.m. today. As per its launch in China, the handset should arrive in Purple and Black gradient.
The selling price of Oppo K3 in China starts at RMB 1,599 (approximately Rs 16,000), containing 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the pricing of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model is RMB 1,899 (approximately Rs 19,000) and the top model with 8GB RAM and 256 GB storage retails for RMB 2,299 (approximately Rs 23,200). Going by the Chinese pricing, the Oppo K3’s pricing in India may vary between Rs 17,000 to Rs 19,000.
The smartphone will also feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a distinct eye-protection feature. As the teaser reveals, the phone will feature 16-megapixel camera with dual-lens system at the back and 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera. The handset offers 3,765mAh battery with 20W VOOC 3.0 flash charge for fast charging. For safety purposes, you can secure your phone with face unlock and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Oppo K3 is assisted by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC.
