Basically, Neasamani is a character played by comedian Vadivelu in Siddique’s 2001 Tamil film Friends. In the film, Neasamani, a painting contractor who was injured on head with a hammer by one of his clumsy assistants. So, it all started after a Pakistan-based meme page posted a picture on his twitter handle posing a question as ‘What is the name of this Tool in your country?’
