The boss lady, who recently became first Indian women and LGBTQ person to host a late-night show on a prime-time network NBC, takes on stereotypical objectification of women in films and songs, stereotypes of gender inequality and beauty standards she also talks about strong and badass ladies and how women can rule in any field.
