Some love stories are not rushed.
They are built across cities, time zones, unanswered calls, packed suitcases, shared playlists, late-night conversations, and years of waiting. And when they finally arrive at their moment, they celebrate fully.
RANJHEYA is a bridal and menswear couture collection inspired by two long-distance lovers finally coming together after years apart. Rooted in the emotion of reunion, the collection explores modern love through intimacy, longing, anticipation, and ultimately, celebration. It is about the beauty of finally sharing the same space after so long existing in fragments of memory, voice notes, screens, and fleeting meetings.
The collection unfolds like an emotional journey. It begins quietly with yearning, softness, and intimacy; and slowly transforms into a larger celebration filled with qawwali, music, movement, fashion, and collective joy. This emotional transition forms the foundation of the design language itself.
Bridal 2026 Collection
For Bridal 2026, the silhouettes move fluidly between softness and structure. Corseted lehengas are paired with lighter layered skirts, sculpted blouses, flowing drapes, and contemporary constructions that feel romantic yet powerful. Drape sarees are designed with movement at the forefront, effortless in fall and modern in styling; while shararas and anarkalis bring a sense of old-world occasion dressing into a newer, lighter bridal vocabulary. Koti layers, embroidered jackets, and statement capes add depth and drama to the collection, creating ensembles that feel cinematic yet wearable.
The bridal line focuses heavily on layering and texture play. Tissue fabrics woven with metallic thread are used to achieve luminosity and softness simultaneously, often layered with organza, tulle, chiffon, and georgette to add dimension and fluidity of movement. Raw silk acts as an anchor fabric throughout the collection, grounding the lighter textiles with richness and structure. Organza tissue and silk Banarasi accents are introduced selectively to bring ceremonial grandeur while maintaining a feeling of lightness.
Colour Story
The colour story explores both timeless bridal emotion and contemporary romance. Shades of celebratory red remain central to the collection, interpreted through varying tints and depths to create richness across lehengas and occasion wear. Antique lilacs, champagne golds, white gold tones, and muted pastels introduce softness and modernity, while sage greens, olive tones, mint hues, dusky pinks, and icy blues create quieter moments within the collection. The printed range expands the palette further through desert sage and black, adding contrast, mood, and a slightly more dramatic sensibility.
Artwork & Embroidery
The artwork direction marks an important evolution for the brand. Traditional references are reinterpreted in a softer, more layered way to feel emotionally rich rather than overtly ornate. Patola artistry is revisited through contemporary placement and colour play, while Pichwai-inspired detailing introduces motifs that feel delicate, narrative, and rooted in Indian heritage. Marodi embroidery appears throughout the collection with a lighter hand, creating intricate gold linear detailing inspired by heirloom craftsmanship.
Chand embroidery emerges as one of the defining visual languages of RANJHEYA, introducing celestial-inspired motifs that evoke romance, night skies, and celebration. Floral artwork across the collection moves between multiple influences; from Mughal and Persian botanical motifs to softer Chintz-inspired florals and painterly watercolour blooms that feel fluid and dreamlike. These florals are intentionally layered to create a feeling of movement, almost like memories unfolding across fabric.
Crystal-studded capes, ornate jewel brooches, and bejewelled accents are introduced as styling elements that elevate the emotional drama of the collection without overwhelming the garments themselves. Appliqué textures and tonal embroidery techniques create depth across surfaces while maintaining softness and fluidity.
Menswear Collection
The menswear in RANJHEYA is designed as an extension of the same love story; romantic, celebratory, and deeply rooted in emotion. The collection explores sherwani sets, bandi sets, kurta sets, and layered occasion wear through a softer and more contemporary lens, balancing timeless craftsmanship with modern ease.
Raw silk, fine silk, silk Chanderi, tussar, and organza come together to create garments that feel rich yet fluid in movement. The colour palette moves through ivory, fawn, powder blue, mint green, dusky pink, stone grey, yellow, and celebratory champagnes, creating a menswear story that feels elegant, fresh, and emotionally connected to the bridal line.
The embroidery language is intricate yet understated, featuring dori embroidery, marodi work, Kashida-inspired tonal paisleys, dainty florals, and symmetrical geometric motifs that bring texture and depth to the garments without overpowering them. The artwork throughout the collection balances romance with structure, creating pieces that feel refined, contemporary, and ceremonial at the same time.
Styling plays an important role within the menswear narrative. Tissue layering adds softness and luminosity to the look, while kamarbandh detailing introduces structure and richness. Statement dushalas and shawls are styled as key accents throughout the collection — adding movement, drama, and old-world elegance to the overall visual language of RANJHEYA.
Accessories Collection
Alongside the couture, RANJHEYA introduces an extended accessories line designed to complete the world of the collection. Bridal kaleeras are reimagined through heavy gota embroidery, crystal-studded layered detailing, and ornate handcrafted finishes that feel both traditional and contemporary.
Veils become statement elements within the bridal narrative, from metallic tissue veils with delicate embroidery to luminous orange veils with all-over sequin work, embroidered borders, and elongated dramatic trails.
The collection also features finely crafted clutches and potlis in raw silk and suede, detailed with signature Aari-Dori embroidery, crystal and 3D embellishments, handcrafted tassels, drawstrings, and luxe finishing techniques bringing richness, texture, and artisanal detail into the overall styling language of RANJHEYA.
THE SOUND OF RANJHEYA
Music sits at the heart of RANJHEYA’s emotional world.
Created exclusively for the campaign, the original soundtrack Ranjheya is produced by Vylom (Vaibhav Anand) (@vylommusic) and features vocals by the Nizami Brothers (@nizamibrothers_igt) and Vylom. Blending the timeless beauty of Chaap Tilak with the soulful resonance of Ranjheya, the composition mirrors the collection’s central narrative; a journey from longing to reunion.
Beginning with the soul-stirring notes of Chaap Tilak and gradually unfolding into Ranjheya, the soundtrack becomes a metaphor for the lovers’ story itself; moving from anticipation and yearning to celebration, togetherness, and joy. The vocals and musical arrangement evolve alongside the campaign narrative, creating a seamless dialogue between movement, emotion, and couture.
Bringing this story to life is actress Madhyama Segal (@medhyama_), the campaign’s muse. Known for her grace and classically trained foundation in dance, Madhyama embodies the modern RANJHEYA bride- romantic, expressive, and deeply connected to the emotion of the story.
Together, the soundtrack, movement, and couture create the emotional language of RANJHEYA a celebration of love that has travelled across distance and finally arrived at its moment of reunion.
At its heart, RANJHEYA is about emotion as much as couture. It is about dressing for reunion, for celebration, for music-filled nights and moments that once existed only in imagination. It reflects a generation of couples who have loved through distance and are now stepping into a shared future with certainty, intimacy, and joy.
This is couture for the lovers who counted days across cities and time zones.
For the ones who carried love through distance, longing, and waiting.
For the moment, two worlds finally meet in music, celebration, and togetherness.
