Bengaluru, June 2026: FOO, one of India’s most loved contemporary Asian dining destinations, has opened the doors to its newest restaurant in Indiranagar, marking its most significant Bengaluru launch yet. Situated in one of the city’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, known for its vibrant dining scene, culture, and nightlife, FOO Indiranagar has been designed as more than just a restaurant; it’s a space where great food, lively conversations, and memorable experiences come together.
As with every FOO destination, the new restaurant has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the character and energy of its surroundings. The striking façade, finished in deep-red tiles and framed by a bold cobalt-blue arched entrance, creates a distinctive street presence while offering a glimpse into the warmth and vibrancy within. Inside, rich reds, deep blues, natural timber, stone, and warm metallic accents come together through custom furniture, decorative screens, curated artwork, and layered textures, creating a space that feels both contemporary and inviting.
Spanning 2,660 sq. ft., the restaurant is anchored by a dramatic fluted bar counter clad in premium stone, serving as the social heart of the space. Designed to encourage lingering lunches, after-work catch ups, celebratory dinners, and spontaneous evenings out, FOO Indiranagar reflects the way Bengaluru loves to dine: socially, generously, and without rushing the experience.
At the centre of the experience is FOO’s much-loved Pan-Asian menu, which brings together over 100 varieties of Asian tapas inspired by diverse culinary traditions from across the continent. From handcrafted sushi and delicate dim sum to Nikkei-inspired creations and flavour-packed small plates, the menu celebrates bold flavours, refined techniques, and dishes designed for sharing. Whether gathered around a long table with friends or exploring new favourites with family, guests are encouraged to mix, match, and savour the experience together.
The beverage programme brings the same sense of creativity and exploration to the table, with signature cocktails crafted using Asian ingredients such as yuzu, miso, sake, and house-infused spirits. Guests can look forward to favourites such as the Foo King, a smooth and fruit-forward cocktail layered with plum, muskmelon, and French vanilla, and the Pickled Picante, a bright, spirited blend of tequila, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and lime that delivers just the right balance of freshness and heat. Alongside these, the much-loved Foo Queen continues to be a go-to for guests seeking FOO’s signature cocktail experience.
The launch of FOO Indiranagar also marks the Bengaluru debut of Foo Brew, the brand’s signature Japanese rice beer and a natural extension of FOO’s flavour-forward approach to contemporary Asian dining.
